RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping Love & Cuticle! 🤎 Because our products are personal-care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our cuticle oils, balms, and other personal-care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or products that have been opened or used.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully package every Love & Cuticle order, but we understand that damage can occasionally happen during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:
• Your name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
• Photos of the shipping packaging when applicable

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as additional photos or information may be requested.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered processing or has been shipped.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is the result of an error by Love & Cuticle.
